Since I read about your optimistic gardening a few post down (I would have done exactly the same thing btw.) I recommend "Handbok för köksträdgården" by Lena Israelsson - I hope you read swedish? It's on sale right now, and contains everything you need to know about vegetable gardening in Sweden, even some hints on how to do it in a beautiful way and with a list of edible flowers.
But can he do that with one in each hand?? ;)
