The Early Bird Gets the Pumpor

If you want to get a fresh pumpkin in Sweden, you gotta go before the frost, or so I hear. It's still awhile till Halloween, but the chilly winds and rain came this weekend and cooled things off. So to beat the frost, we headed out to the pumpkin patch in search of the perfect Jack-o-Lantern to be .

Walking and Biking in the Neighborhood

Right on cue, I noticed the leaves changing the first day of Fall when I dropped Swedegirl off for the school festival.

They made soup from food everyone brought for the nature table, and Swede girl worked with her teacher making bread shaped like the sun for their school party.
